Tom is a designer and project manager. He has always been interested in hands-on, holistic processes of design and construction. After studying Industrial Design, he started a furniture and fabrication studio in Cincinnati, crafting products from local, sustainable materials. He moved to the Bay and graduated from UC Berkeley’s Master of Architecture program. Thanks to the Branner Travel Fellowship, he had the opportunity to study architecture (and the craft of making it) around the world. Weekends for Tom usually include some salvage shopping, furniture making, and a lot of time at the park.
